Bulk Text Classifier

Zero-shot classification for a whole column - no API key needed

Label every row of a CSV with your own categories

Upload a spreadsheet, pick the column with the text, and type the labels you want. Every row gets a label, a confidence score and a one-line reason. Preview 5 rows first, then run the rest, fix any label by hand and download the CSV with the label columns added.

How it works

Your file is read by this page in your browser. Choose the column that holds the text. Only that column's text is sent to the model, in batches of up to 20 rows. Each row goes as its row number and its text, with long texts shortened in the middle. Your other columns never leave the page. They come back untouched in the export.

The model is told your labels and their definitions, whether a row may have several labels, and whether "Other" is allowed. For each row it returns one line with the label, a confidence from 0 to 1 and a short reason. The page checks every line against what it sent. It reports rows that came back missing, labels that are not on your list, and lines it could not read. Rows without an answer stay unclassified, and the next run picks them up, so you never pay twice for a finished row.

There is no API key to paste. Each batch is one metered run on your SkillSafe credits. The page shows what a batch reserves before you start and what was actually charged after, which is usually much less. Previewing 5 rows first lets you check your labels for the price of one small batch. The chart, hand corrections, filters and exports cost nothing.
